Where is the Royal Jelly sourced?

Our Royal Jelly is exclusively sourced from France.

This premium product contains only one ingredient: 100% Organic Fresh Royal Jelly, which is raw and unprocessed to maintain its purity and potency. With our commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients, you can trust that our Royal Jelly is of the highest quality.

When will my order be shipped?

We dispatch all orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday – Friday. Excluding UK bank holidays.

What is your return policy?

We accept unopened Royal Jelly within 14 working days.

Excluding Pure and Fresh these cannot be returned due to refrigeration requirements.

Do you ship intentionally?

For EU – Due to Brexit we have currently suspended EU shipping.
Rest of the world – 7-20 working days £8.99

What is the cost of shipping within the UK?

All UK orders are dispatched FREE on a tracked Next Working day delivery.
