Will the Pure and Fresh be shipped in refrigerated packaging?
Our Diana Fresh is a fresh royal jelly, which is highly perishable and requires refrigeration to maintain its quality and potency. It is specially packed with ice packs and insulated packaging that maintain a cool, refrigerated temperature for up to 48 hours.
All our orders are dispatched on a next day shipping service.

We accept unopened Royal Jelly within 14 working days.
Excluding Pure and Fresh these cannot be returned due to refrigeration requirements.
