Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays), will be processed and shipped on the same day.
- Orders Placed After 12:00 PM: Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.
Shipping Service:
- Shipping Method: We offer a next-day delivery service for all UK orders.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders should arrive on the next business day.
Shipping Locations:
- UK Shipping: We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom.
- International Shipping: We ship to most countries, please add the item/s to your basket.
Shipping Costs:
- UK - Shipping: All UK orders are shipped free.
- Out side of the UK - Shipping: Please add item/s to your basket for a bespoke shipping cost.
Public Holidays:
- UK Bank Holidays: Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order:
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the courier's website.
Delivery Issues:
- Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or where to collect your package.
- Delayed or Lost Packages: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
